I recorded small bits of today [08/21/08] because the class had a volunteer, Jan, from Simmons College [i think]. First Video: The volunteer Jan & her friend, Sara, was reading an interactive rhyming book. It's called Clap Your Hands by Lorinda Brya Cauley. (Some words might be wrong.) Clap your hands & stomp your feet Shake your arms then take a seat Rub your tummy & pat your head Find something yellow & find something red Reach for the sky & wiggle your toes Stick out your tongue & touch your nose Roar like a lion & growl like a bear Wiggle your fingers & slap your knees I'll tickle you if you tickle me! Find something big & find something small Spin in a circle but try not to fall Close your eyes & count to four Now do a summersault across the floor Spread your feet & look upside down Make a silly face & act like a clown Hop like a bunny then flap like a bird Tell me a secret & I'll tell you mine Quiet as a mouse now, don't say a word Tell me your name & how old are you Purr like a kitten then bark like a dog Crawl like a baby & jump like a frog Count your fingers then counts your toes Wiggle your eyebrows & wiggle your nose Show me a smile & then show me a frown Stand on one foot & jump up & down Fly like an airplane high in the sky It's time to go now, so wave bye-bye. Bye-bye! 2econd Video: The kids recording me for a few seconds & pushing me off my chair... those devils :( Third Video: Kiyo , one of the kids, doing her silly dance. Fourth/ Last Video: Kiyo & I playing with toys. Kiyo's toy was the horse & mine was the doctor puppet. 2nd to last day of work! :[
